I only learned about this a few days ago actually... call me late, I know! It is the truth that I didn't know that such thing existed, but they are one of the best and cutetest ideas ever! They are boot cuffs! You can put them around your boots to personalize it. How sweet is that? There are many kinds and it definitly transforms your boots. If you are tired from your old boots or you don't know what else to do with them, this is a very nice way to make them more interesting and certantly be able to play with.
